The Department of Defence is promoting Defence industry careers at career and employment expos around Australia. Run by Defence Industry Branch in collaboration with Defence Force Recruiting, “The Workforce Behind the Defence Force” campaign aims to directly connect with students, job seekers and people making career choices who are actively looking for information and advice on their future pathways.
With increasing demand for engineers and designers skilled in the new generation of digital technology required to support Australian Naval shipbuilding programs in the years ahead, AMT is pleased to support this campaign as we look to growing our naval design and engineering team.
Day 1 of the expo saw massive numbers of secondary students at the expo with more tertiary students and graduates expected over the weekend.
